We aim to keep our shipping as simple, transparent, and fair as possible — while reflecting the true costs of packaging and delivery from both our studio and our trusted UK-based production partners.

UK Shipping Rates

  • Tea towels: £5.99 flat rate (regardless of quantity or whether other items are included).  Free shipping is offered on orders totalling £100.00 or more (this doesn't have to just be on tea towels, anything in your basket will be included).

  • All other products: Free UK shipping

That means greetings cards, giclée art prints, and lampshades are all shipped to UK addresses completely free of charge — with no minimum spend.

Why We Charge Shipping for Tea Towels

Our tea towels are printed to order by a specialist UK partner and shipped directly from their studio. Unfortunately, the cost to send these items safely and securely is higher than standard postage — and we’ve chosen not to inflate our product prices to hide that.

Charging £5.99 for tea towel shipping helps us keep our pricing honest, and ensures that you still receive a beautiful, well-made item at a fair price.

If you order tea towels alongside other items, you’ll still only pay £5.99 total — never more.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • In-stock items (greetings cards, some lampshades): Dispatched within 2–3 working days via Royal Mail

  • Printed-to-order items (art prints and tea towels): Allow 5–7 working days for production

  • Estimated delivery time (after dispatch): 2–4 working days
