The sculptural shape of coral is the starting point for this design. Its branching silhouette and fine dark linework bring together natural form and decorative pattern, with a bold red-and-pink palette that feels both playful and considered.

A gentle dust from time to time is all your lampshade needs. I use professional artist’s paints chosen for their lightfast qualities. The paint settles into the fabric fibres, becoming part of the surface rather than a coating that chips or flakes.
